Welcoming enzoBTC To The Lorenzo Token Economy
In January, we formally introduced enzoBTC—our second major ecosystem token—to the world.
enzoBTC plays the role of “cash” in the global Lorenzo ecosystem, empowering users to:
- Access Advanced Yield Tools: enzoBTC unlocks the full suite of BTC yield tools available in our ecosystem. For example, deposit enzoBTC into a yield vault and start earning rewards.
- Unlock Global Bitcoin Liquidity: By bridging Bitcoin to a multi-chain DeFi ecosystem, enzoBTC enables users to seamlessly leverage their BTC across various networks, amplifying its utility and earning potential.
The token is not reward-bearing like our stBTC token. It redeemable 1:1 for BTC and maintains a simple wrapping and unwrapping process to keep liquidity flowing smoothly.
At launch, enzoBTC was already supported by many of your favorite chains, like BNB, Ethereum, Taiko, and Swell Network.
